New granddaughter LYLA BELLE KEDDINGTON

This past week has been very exciting... On Thursday November 13th LYLA BELLE KEDDINGTON was born and 11:02 P.M. weighing in at 5 lbs 15 oz and 20 inches long.  She is a beautiful baby.  Amy did a great job and mom and baby are doing good.  Abigale loves her baby sister and can't get enough of her.  Every time she walks into the room and sees her she gets so excited.  Amy and Spencer are great parents and we are so happy for them.  We also had the opportunity to see AJ ( Nikki was home sick with the girls) and Natalie with her son Carson (dad Chad was at school studying) .  We are very proud of all our children and their spouses and we love our precious grand children.

Well It has been a long time since I have updated our Blog.....As you can see Danny and I went on a Alaskan Cruise on NCL with Danny's mom and Dad and his brother Steven and his wife Leslie. We had a great time and enjoyed each others company.  A lot has gone on since the last posting.  All of our grand babies now live in Utah.  AJ and his wife Nikki, and our grand daughters Mayli and Tori  have moved to Utah so AJ can complete his Masters in Finance at BYU.  We are proud of him and are excited for the opportunities they will enjoy during this time in their lives.  AJ and Nikki live close to Natalie and Chad and their son Carson, where Chad is in his second year of Law school at BYU. Amy and Spencer with their daughter Abigale are living in Sandy where Spencer is working on his Masters also.  Amy and Spencer are expecting their second daughter around the 2nd of December and we are so excited for them. Abby will be a great big sister. With all the grand babies up in Utah we will be trying to get there more often so they don't  forget their grammie and papa. We are proud of all our children and are grateful for the great spouses they have.  We feel like they are our own.  Trent is still here in Mesa. He is working and going to school and keeping very busy.  Jacob has been gone 9 months on his mission to Santiago Chile.  He is loving the work and says that it is going by way to fast. We miss him but are glad he is doing the Lords work.  We have been busy remodeling our home for the past 9 months. Some weeks it is slow bout others are ok.  Hopefully we will at least have the part of the house that people actually see done soon.  The bedrooms can wait as far as I'm concerned till next year.  I am just tired of the DUST.  When it is done I will post some pictures of the changes. We are doing good and feel blessed with the thing that are going on in our lives and the lives of our children.  If you ever get to Arizona pleas call us we would love to see you or have you stay with us

Its about time to update

Ok its time to update the blog...First,  Jake is in Santiago Chile and this is his first area.  He is doing great and enjoying himself.  He is learning the Spanish more and more each day.  He is enjoying the new foods he is eating and is loving teaching the gospel.  Last weekend we went to Utah to visit the girls.  We hunted some eggs with Abby and Carson.  We were able to go and visit Amanda and Bodie and see their beautiful new daughter Lainie.  We went to Hogel Zoo with Spencer and Amy with their precious Abby, and Natalie and our handsome Carson.  We missed Chad who was busy at BYU doing his Law studies.  We had a good time and enjoy visiting with them as often as we can.  Then back home on Sunday we enjoyed Easter with AJ and Nikki and their darling girls Mayli and Tori.  They hunted eggs and we had dinner with Trent, Grandma and Grandpa Nielson and two of Trents friends. It was fun.  We are so proud of AJ as he was accepted to the MBA Finance Program at BYU to start in the Fall.  So at that time all our grand babies will be in Utah. Good thing we have those flight benefits. Trent is doing great here in AZ. He is working for University of Phoenix and doing a great job.  We have been very blessed and are excited for all the changes in our lives. I will try to keep this blog updated more often so please forgive me.

New Year 2008

Happy New Year to all!!

This is the first time I have actually added to the Blog...Before if you could not tell by the info Natalie was helping me out in creating it. We are looking forward to a great New Year...Danny and I are doing some home remodeling. It is interesting even though right now it is just the bathrooms. I'm sure after they are done the rest of the house will look like it needs it but, one thing at a time. All our children and grandchildren are doing great. Jake is in the MTC and will be on his way to Chile on Feb 5th. and is doing great. We are excited for the experiences he will be able to have. AJ and his family along with Trent are here in the valley so we get to see them often. All of them are great. Mayli and Tori, AJ and Nikkis girls are so cute and are growing up so fast. Amy and Natalie and their families are in Utah so about once every 4 to 5 weeks we hop a plane and go see them. Abby (Amys daughter) and Carson (Natalies son) need to see Grammie and PaPa so they don't forget us and we get withdrawls if we can't see them often. We are so Proud of all our children, children-in-laws (we consider them our children also) and our grandbabies and love them dearly. If you are ever in Az and need a place to stay we are empty nesters now and have plenty of room.
